This website is not the game

This website is not representative of The Last Bell in any way. That includes every image, 3D scene, model, sound and piece of text on it. None of it shows how the game looks, sounds or plays, and the finished game may be completely different.

Privacy policy

Just visiting

There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps ordinary request logs such as IP addresses to keep the site running.

Your browser saves your cart, your sound setting and a short note used for the page transition. These stay on your device and are not sent to us until you check out.

Buying something

Payment happens on PayPal. We never see your card or bank details. PayPal sends us your name, email address and shipping address, and we store those with your order, its items and its tracking number.

We use this only to pack, ship and support your order, and to meet tax and accounting rules. Orders are stored with our database provider, Supabase. Details needed for delivery also go to the shipping carrier.

We do not sell your data or send marketing emails. We keep order records for as long as the law requires, and for returns and support.

Your order page opens from a private link. It shows your items and status, not your address, but keep the link to yourself.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email {email}. If you are unhappy with the answer, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is not aimed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Terms of use

The site

By using this site you accept these terms. The game is in development, so anything said here about it, including features and dates, can change or never happen. The site is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Orders

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown in your cart before you pay. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.

Items are held for you during checkout, and your order is only confirmed once payment goes through. If we cannot fill an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

The 3D models in the store are only a guide, and the real items may differ.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using this site, and our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here removes rights you have by law as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the law of {country}, without taking away any protection given by the law of the country you live in.

Content policy

What is here

The Last Bell is a horror game, and this site has a horror tone. It may be unsettling, and it is meant for older teens and adults.

Visitors cannot post anything on this site. All content comes from us or is credited on the credits page.

Using our content

The Last Bell, its name, story and artwork belong to {owner}. Third-party work belongs to its creators under the licences on the credits page. Do not copy, resell or redistribute anything from this site without permission, including its models and sounds.

Reporting a problem

If you think something here uses your work without permission, or breaks the law, email {email} with the page and what is wrong. We will look into it and remove it if needed.

Shipping and returns

You can follow your order from its private link, where the tracking number appears once it ships.

You can cancel for a full refund until your order ships. Email {email} with your order link.

If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it at our cost.

You can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. You pay for return shipping unless the item was faulty.

Refunds go back through PayPal. Your legal rights as a consumer where you live always apply, and this policy does not limit them.
